EXTENDED WARRANTY: Extended parts warranties currently apply for pumps installed by Virgin Bores after 1/10/23, in single residential dwellings less than 1200sqm block size, being 72 months for submersible pumps and 24 months for centrifugal pumps. Complimentary onsite metropolitan labour on extended pump warranties is 12 months. Shared bore pumps will have the extended warranty reduced by dividing the applicable number of months by the number of properties sharing.

STANDARD WARRANTY: All other pumps, including those used in commercial applications, semi rural and group dwellings, have standard 12 months parts warranty and 90 day labour warranty.

All warranties are limited to repair and replacement of parts and exclude fitting or access costs. Control equipment and ancillary parts warranty is 24 months domestic and 12 months for commercial. Reticulation parts are warranted for 12 months unless otherwise expressly stated.  90 days labour warranty on all other pumps, products and services.

Warranties do not cover water quality/quantity or consequential damage from misuse, interfaced equipment, power surges or lightning induction.

For parts replaced under warranty, the warranty period does not reset but continues from the original installation invoice date. Warranties are from time to time revised, however your warranty continues to be the warranty that applied at the time of original purchase. For clarity the ruling warranty is the warranty printed on your original invoice.

TERMS: Claims for short supply, workmanship or deviation from scope of work must be lodged within within 7 days of invoice. Goods onsite as part of work-in-progress/staged installation remain at clients risk. Collection costs on overdue accounts are payable by client. Interest maybe charged on accounts past due more than 7 days.                             T&C’s revised 03/07/25
