Roots strangled bore cable
Roots are never a water bores friend. They certainly cause a problem if incorrect bore construction allows them to get inside bore casing taking the easiest route to water. Called to service this Perth water bore we found a different type of root damage. Here the surface roots had strangled the old conduit carrying the 240 v cabling to the bore, interrupting the power supply.
