Burnt start capacitor – Burns Beach
This pic is a burnt start capacitor in the control box of a single phase submersible bore pump. Our bore electrician attended to this garden bore reported not working in Burns Beach. Apparently failing after a power surge/outage. He swiftly located, diagnosed and replaced the capacitor and tested the submersible pump motor which was now functioning well 👍 In this case the 24 relay which triggers the pump from the reticulation controller was replaced as well.
